SedonaQuest TM Adventures

PACKAGE #1 (Two-day adventure)
Day I

Sedona Vortex experience: Explore the natural electromagnetic energies that abound in Sedona. Known around the world as one of the power spots on Earth where people visit to re-awaken their senses and reconnect with spirit. You can visit some of these sites on your own, but being with a guide who has spent countless hours exploring the area helps greatly if you have limited time. This adventure is customized to work with the individual or group depending on what is needed.

Cathedral Rock: The most photographed site in Arizona has both electric & magnetic (feminine/masculine energy) depending on where you situate yourself on the mountain.

Bell Rock: A natural bell-shaped mountain with very powerful energy spots. Feel the very special energy of one of Sedona's most popular vortexes.

Lunch break: At D'Lish restaurant (included in price)

Shamans Cave: A sacred valley to the indigenous peoples (Native Americans) for many centuries. After exploring the more populated Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock, we then visit a more pristine environment complete with Medicine wheel, ruins, and the Yoni or what I call...Shamans Cave. Known as the re-birthing chamber or womb. Come ready to never be the same.

Day II
Yoga on the Rocks: (at sunrise) experience Yoga in an incredible setting...outdoors in nature in the red rocks

Hike: (4 hrs) West Fork Trail...A shady hike along the creek amongst towering trees. (Difficulty: easy)

Lunch break: "Garlands" in Oak Creek Canyon (included in price)
